Experience our innovative approach to mentorship.

We group 2 mentors and 4-6 students into a pod that meets 5 times over a semester. We also provide discussion guides for each session to prompt meaningful sharing and reflection. Students and professionals find the pod discussions so enjoyable, insightful, and eye-opening that many have come back semester after semester.
