No student should have to
get through college alone.
The Collective Success Network is a volunteer-run Philadelphia-based nonprofit that supports low-income, first-generation (LIFG) college students to achieve their academic and career aspirations through empowering mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities. We provide resources, social support, and encouragement to help them to reach their full potential at school, in the world, and in the workforce.
The network connects students with professional mentors, prepares students to enter professional career paths, and collaborates with the wider business community to create innovative solutions to increase college success rates and build a socioeconomically diverse talent pipeline.
Collective Success also aims to neutralize the stigma associated with being low-income or first-generation and guide students to cultivate and channel the strengths they bring to the table.
We provide a safe and inclusive space where our students can be authentic, understood, and celebrated.
